Booklist FAQ’s

How do I place an order?

Online - booklists.theteachinghub.com.au

1.   Go to the Home page. Click the drop-down box, choose your school and year level then press 'View booklist'. 

2.   For High School Students in Year 11 & 12, select your subjects (for Years 7-10 select all) then press

'Show Booklist'.

3.   Add students name.   

4.   Make any changes to quantities (if needed), tick 'I am happy with the quantities entered' then add to the cart.

5.   Follow the prompts to create your account, or log-in.

6.   Add any other booklists by returning to the drop-down box and choosing the year required.

7.   Proceed to checkout and select your payment option.  

Email - booklists@theteachinghub.com.au - Scan or save the booklist as a XXXX file. No photos please. On each booklist, write your name & your students name along with their colour choice/s, also your email and mobile. Once picked we will contact you.

RULE A LINE THROUGH ANYTHING NOT REQUIRED & CHANGE QUANTITIES IF NEEDED. 

Drop-off - call into our store, The Teaching HuB, 58 Reserve Drive Mandurah (trading hours below) with your prepared booklist as for emailing.

DIY - You can pick your own booklist, then pay and take it with you. If a customer service person is available, they will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer a delivery service?

Yes, within the City of Mandurah or your schools local intake area - $6 for one student $9 per family.

What payment options are available? 

When ordering online, payment can be made with a credit card, after pay or direct deposit. Banking details for direct deposit: Name of the account - The Teaching HuB - BSB 036-157 - Account No. 638816. Direct deposits MUST show your invoice number as the reference, otherwise payments won't be recognised. Your invoice number is shown on your confirmation email. 

If ordering via email or drop-off, payment is not required until your booklist is complete.

We suggest you call and pay by credit card or pay via direct depost prior to picking up your order which is quicker than paying on collection.

Cash can be paid on the day you collect your order.  

How will I know my booklist order is completed?

Whether you order online, email (scan) or drop-off, you will be contacted via phone, SMS, text or email.

For 'deliveries', you will be contacted before dispatch

NB - IN REGARD TO ALL PICK-UP ORDERS - PLEASE CONTACT US THE DAY PRIOR TO COLLECTION.

WE WILL THEN HAVE YOUR GOODIES CLOSE TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REGISTERS. THIS ASSISTS

GREATLY IN A QUICK TURN AROUND FOR YOU AND OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE.   

How long will it take to process my order?

Any orders placed by Saturday 9th January 2027 are guaranteed to be ready prior to term 1 commencing. This may exclude some items not available from the suppliers. Any orders received from Monday 11th January 2027 will be accepted and every effort made to be ready for day one of school. It is in our best interest to have them ready unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability for day one of term 1. 

Missing Items?

Any claims for missing items or incorrect picking of an item must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email us on booklists@theteachinghub.com.au, you will be asked to show your receipt. No claims will be honoured after this time.

What if an item is out of stock?

You will be notified when they are due to arrive. A refund will be given if you don't wish to wait.  

Refunds?

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange at any time up to 14 February or two weeks from date of purchase (whichever is later).  Items must be in new condition and proof of purchase is required.

Creelman & Good Answer books, are printed annually for use in the second half of 2027. Once ordered on your behalf, refunds will not be given. Refunds are not given on USB's if the package is open.

Refunds or exchanges will only be made after this time on items that are faulty, or in other cases at the discretion of TheTeachingHuB.

Product Substitution?

If a stationery item is unavailable it may be substituted with an equivalent item of the same or greater value and at no extra expense to the customer.

My school is not listed

Please tell your school Business Manager or P & C Committee about The Teaching HuB, we welcome the opportunity to quote for your next booklist and to grow our business with the local community. You are still able to scan and email your list or drop it in and it will be picked for you. Prices will be as shown in our store.

Monday to Fridays - 8am until 5pm

Saturdays - 8am until noon

Sundays & most public holidays - closed

We will be closed Wednesday 23/12 to Sunday 27/12/26.

Open Monday 28th to Thursday 31/12/26.

Closed Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd January 2027.

Open Monday 4th January.
